Integration with iLOQ: assign, issue and revoke keys from Doory. When someone leaves, access ends automatically.
In practice, there are two systems: your administration and the lock management. A new employee is added to one and forgotten in the other. The same happens when someone leaves, and that is the dangerous side: someone who no longer works there, but can still get in.
Manage keys and access rights from Doory.
Access follows automatically from the contract, membership or appointment.
When someone leaves, access ends automatically.
The member administration is the source, the lock follows.
You set up groups per building: front door, floor, own unit, shared spaces. You assign a member the groups that belong to their company and their allocation. Allow half a day per building to set this up properly. That is also the moment to clean up, because in almost every building there are more active keys than active users.
If you activate a member, Doory sets up the rights in iLOQ without anyone having to do anything separately there. If you set them to inactive or their contract expires, the rights are revoked, in the app as well. You see the status of the integration and of individual actions, so when a door does not open you know whether the problem is the lock or the rights.
Per company, you see who entered and when. That is not surveillance of individuals but a practical tool: after an incident you know who was in the building, and in a discussion about the use of shared spaces you have figures instead of an impression.
Doory manages the rights, not the hardware. Locks, cylinders, batteries and installation stay with iLOQ and your installer. And because access data is personal data, you record yourself why you keep it and for how long; Doory supports that with a retention policy, but the choice is yours.
Doory integrates with iLOQ and Salto. Management is the same in both cases: access groups per building, assigned based on company and allocation.
