The monthly billing run based on contract and billing rules: rent, service charges, parking and extras, in a single action.
At most operators, the rent lines are in Excel, room usage in a booking tool, extra services in someone's mailbox and the invoices in the accounting software. Every month, someone puts those four sources side by side and retypes the amounts. In Doory, the billing run comes from the sources themselves, and your job is checking instead of calculating.
All invoice lines from the contracts combined into correct invoices.
One invoice per customer per period, or split per unit or service.
Integration with WeFact and your accounting; finalise and send by email.
A run starts as a proposal. Only what you approve goes out.
Doory collects the invoice lines from the contracts and their allocations, from meeting room credit usage, from add-ons and from day passes, and prepares them per company. You first see which amounts go to which tenants and which lines they consist of, before anything is sent.
You approve the run as a whole, adjust individual lines or hold back one invoice because you are still in conversation with that tenant. What you do not approve does not happen. That means a tenant who expanded halfway through the month is no longer a reason to delay the whole run.
If there is a question about an amount, you open the company and point to the allocation or booking the line comes from. That is the difference between a two-minute conversation and an afternoon of digging, and it is also what usually ends a dispute about an invoice straight away.
Doory does not replace your accounting software, and that is intentional. Invoicing lives in Doory, bookkeeping stays in WeFact, Exact or Moneybird, with an integration in between. VAT returns, the general ledger and annual accounts stay where they belong. Agree with your accountant in advance which ledger accounts and VAT rates will be used: that conversation is better before your first billing run than after it.
De maandelijkse factuurronde op basis van contract- en billingregels: huur, servicekosten, parkeren en extra’s, in één handeling.
No. Doory creates the invoices and sends them to WeFact or your accounting; that stays where it is.
