Contracts as a source, not a folder

In Doory, contracts are the source of your occupancy and your invoicing. Upload or import them and the term, rent, m² and notice period are taken over automatically.

A PDF in a folder knows nothing

Almost every manager has the contracts stored as PDFs on a drive, plus an Excel sheet with the key fields typed over. The two drift apart as soon as an amendment is added. In Doory, the contract is a record: the fields are data, and invoicing, occupancy and renewals all come from there.

01

Automatic extraction

Term, rent, m², workspaces and notice period straight from the contract.

02

Contract → invoice

Link from contract to company, unit and invoice lines, and create a company from the contract.

03

Alerts

Missing or conflicting contract data is flagged before things go wrong.

What a contract records

The signed document stays attached, but the work happens on the fields.

Allocations

Which units or workspaces this company has, from which date and until when. A company can have several, for example two units on the second floor and four flex desks. The invoice lines come from the allocation, and your occupancy rate comes from the same allocation. So if an invoice is wrong, the question is not where the amount comes from, but which allocation it belongs to.

Clauses as data, not as text

Notice period, break options and the indexation date are recorded as fields, not as a paragraph in an appendix. That is necessary because the alerts depend on them: from the combination of those fields, Doory calculates the date on which you need to decide something, instead of only looking at the end date.

A timeline of amendments

Every renewal, expansion and change appears as a step in the timeline, with a date. You see not only what applies now, but also how you got there. If a tenant asks why the rent was adjusted in March, that is one screen instead of three files side by side.

Expiring contracts flag themselves

The decision point appears on your dashboard, alongside your daily work, and becomes a request with three outcomes: renew on these terms, renew on new terms, or let it end. For decisions with financial consequences, you can require a second approval. Doory does not suggest a rent and does not advise on renewal; it makes sure the question reaches the right person in time.

Contractbeheer

Contracten zijn bij Doory de bron van je bezetting én je facturatie. Upload of importeer ze en de looptijd, huurprijs, m² en opzegtermijn worden automatisch overgenomen.
