Cookie policy

Which cookies and similar technologies we use, exactly what they do and how you can change your choice.

Last updated: 9 September 2026

1. What does this policy cover?

This cookie policy covers the website doory.ai and the Doory platform. It explains which cookies and similar technologies we use, for what purpose, and how you can change your choice.

"Cookies" also includes similar technologies that store or read data on your device, such as local storage, pixels and scripts.

Who we are and how we otherwise handle personal data is set out in our privacy statement.

2. When do we ask for consent?

We do not ask for consent for strictly necessary cookies. These are needed to make the website and the platform work and to secure your account; without these cookies you cannot log in.

For all other cookies we ask for your consent in advance via the cookie banner. We do not place them until you have given that consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button at the bottom of this page. Withdrawing your consent applies to the future and does not affect data that has already been processed.

3. Which cookies do we use now?

At the moment we only use strictly necessary cookies.

5. Third-party cookies and transfers outside the EEA

The services in section 4 are third-party services. They may receive data about your visit and, in the case of Google, Meta and LinkedIn, also process it in the United States or elsewhere. We only place them with your consent and use an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

These parties have their own privacy and cookie policies. We have no control over what else they do with the data. Please refer to their own policies for this.

6. Changing your choice or deleting cookies

You can change your cookie choice at any time using the button at the bottom of this page.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser, and set cookies to be deleted when you close the browser. How this works differs per browser; check your browser’s settings or help function. If you block all cookies, parts of the website and the platform will no longer work, such as logging in.

7. Your rights

To the extent we process personal data via cookies, you have the rights described in our privacy statement, including access, erasure and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it. You can send requests to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

8. Changes

We update this cookie policy when we add or remove cookies. The current version is always available on our website, with the date of the last change at the top.
