What tenants want to arrange themselves

Viewing invoices, reserving a meeting room, registering a guest, submitting a request or entering the building with the app. Tenants do it themselves, you keep the overview.

Every separate channel comes back as a question

A member who does not know where to submit a request walks downstairs. Someone who wants to register their guest and does not know how emails you. The portal and the app bring those things together, so tenants do them themselves and your team does not have to handle them one by one.

01

View their own invoices

Tenants find their invoices and usage without having to ask for them.

02

Book for themselves

Book meeting rooms and shared facilities, with recharging that gets it right automatically.

03

Access via the app

Into the building with their phone, linked to the tenant's contract.

What tenants do themselves

The portal and app show the same data; there is no separate app administration.

Bookings and usage

Reserving a meeting room or flex desk, with their own credit balance alongside: what the booking takes from the allowance and what is left afterwards. If someone goes over, they see the rate before they confirm. That usually prevents the dispute about the invoice afterwards. Invoices and usage can be found without asking for them.

Requests, orders, guests

Submitting a request with a photo of the problem and following its status. Ordering a service from the catalogue and keeping the conversation about it in one place. Registering a guest. Seeing that a parcel has arrived and collecting it. For the member, that is one place instead of a portal, a booking tool and a phone number.

Messages that arrive without email

The portal has a notification centre with everything addressed to that person, and push notifications go to the app for messages that are time-sensitive: the guest has checked in, the parcel is here, the booking has been moved. Preferences are set per person, because one person wants push for everything and another only email.

What it asks of you

That you explain it at move-in. An app nobody knows about is an app nobody uses, and then the emails simply keep coming. Include the portal in the move-in moment and in the introduction for your tenants' new employees. You decide per building which parts you switch on.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The tenant portal and the app are included in the standard price, just like the other modules.
