The tenant file is currently scattered

The contact details are in your email program, the contract in a folder on the server, the outstanding invoice in the accounting software and the agreement about extra credits in a chat message from three months ago. Everyone who talks to the tenant is missing a piece. In Doory, everything is linked to one company record.

What is recorded per company

Enough to run the building, and no more than that.

Contacts with a role

Who the day-to-day contact is, who receives the invoices and who may add members on behalf of the company. You also record who is an authorised signatory, because that is the person you need for a renewal or a service agreement. This is also where you keep the agreements that are not in the contract but that you do need to know, and the credit policy that applies to this company.

Members join through an invitation

The company's contact invites their colleagues themselves, or you do it. The invitee creates their account and then appears in that company's register, with a status: invited, active or no longer has access. You decide how much you leave to the tenant. In a building with forty small tenants, you want them to do it themselves.

Offboarding is a single action

If you set a member to inactive, everything goes at once: the portal, the app, access to the building and future bookings. That is one action instead of four, and it is in the audit log, so you can see later when it happened and who did it. This is also the point where a key list falls behind in practice.

Cleaning up also saves on the bill

Members determine part of your price: €1.50 per member per month, alongside €250 per building per month. So you keep paying for members who left the tenant six months ago and are still active. Keeping the register up to date is therefore not only a matter of security.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, if you enable it. You give a company's contact the right to add and remove members, or you keep that with your own team.
