A public coworking landing page, online checkout and subscriptions that flow into invoicing automatically.
You let a unit a few times a year, a day pass dozens of times a month. At that volume, every manual step is a problem: an enquiry form that lands in a mailbox means an interested visitor waits hours for a reply and in the meantime walks into another building.
Public landing page and immediate payment.
Memberships flow into invoicing automatically.
Front door access linked to an active membership.
From checkout to access, everything happens without involving your front desk.
The visitor chooses the building, sees what is available and at what price, chooses a day pass or a membership, sees the applicable terms and pays. Nothing is decided that you have not set up: which buildings sell publicly, which products, at what price and how many places are available per day are all fixed per building.
Someone buys a day pass at 8:15 and wants to get in at 8:20. After a successful payment, Doory creates the person as a member with the right validity, assigns the access groups that belong to the product purchased and sets up those rights with the lock supplier. When the pass expires, access ends at that moment. If the payment fails, nothing happens.
A lease has a notice period of months, a membership runs month to month until someone stops and a day pass is valid for one day. Doory tracks those cycles separately: per member, which product, from and until when, and whether it has been paid. Payment and access go hand in hand, because for an amount of a few tens of euros, chasing payment costs more than it brings in.
Three or four clear products sell better and are easier to manage than ten overlapping variants. For each product, state in the checkout and in the terms what is included: which spaces you get access to, whether meeting room time is included and whether printing is included. That is exactly what the questions at the front desk are otherwise about.
Yes. The public checkout runs from choosing a building to payment without anyone stepping in, and access is then set up automatically.
