Guests who are already expected

Tenants register their visitors in advance themselves. On arrival, reception knows who is coming and for whom, and the notification goes straight to the right person.

Waiting in the lobby is an information problem

A guest walks in and gives a name. Reception searches a calendar that is not theirs, calls upstairs and gets no answer. In a building with forty tenants, that happens a few times a day. It costs two people time, and it is the first impression your guest gets of your building.

01

Register in advance

Tenants add their guests to the schedule themselves, with time and host.

02

Welcome at the desk

Reception sees who is expected and registers the arrival in a single action.

03

Overview per building

Who visited, for whom and when, available to review per day and per tenant.

From registration to welcome

Every step is linked to the member who invites the guest.

The tenant registers their guest in advance

Name, company and time, that is all. The visit is then linked to the member as host, so on arrival it is immediately clear who the guest is visiting. The tenant registers guests themselves in the portal or the app; your team does not need to be involved.

The guest receives the practical information

Address, floor and where to report, in a message they have with them. If the visit is linked to a meeting room, the same information is included in the calendar invitation for the booking. That removes the organiser's role as go-between, which is where most misunderstandings arise.

Reception works from the day view

In the morning there is a list: who is coming, to see whom and at what time. When the guest reports, reception checks them in with a single action and the host is notified immediately. No phone call, no searching. If there is a kiosk in your lobby, a guest can also check in there themselves when nobody is at the desk.

What you agree with your tenants

That guests are registered in advance. That is a house rule, not a setting: if tenants do not do it, reception keeps making the same phone calls. Put it in your house rules and include it when you introduce a new tenant, and after a few weeks it runs by itself. In return, you get an overview of who is in your building today, which is the first thing you need in an evacuation.

Bezoekersregistratie

Huurders melden hun bezoek zelf vooraf aan. Bij aankomst weet de receptie wie er komt en voor wie, en gaat de melding meteen naar de juiste persoon.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Without a desk, the host receives the notification directly, so they can collect their guest themselves.
