Rooms by HOFF has run entirely on Doory since its opening

Rooms by HOFF is a fully serviced office address on the Piet Heinkade in Amsterdam, above the IJ in the UP building. Twenty floors with private offices, meeting rooms, phone booths, a lounge and library, a restaurant overlooking the IJ, and a concierge who takes care of the tenants’ day.

The starting point

With a new building, there are no existing records to work from, but there is also no attachment to an old way of doing things. From the opening, Rooms by HOFF wanted one system where letting, bookings, access and invoicing come together, instead of gradually stitching separate tools together.

How Doory is used

Contracts, units and tenants are in Doory, and invoicing runs on that same data. Tenants book their own meeting rooms, and the facilities in the building can be booked too: the gym is reserved through Doory, as are the other shared spaces.

Reception works with Doory on weekdays: visitors are registered and welcomed, and parcels and mail are logged. Access to the building follows the contract, so nothing has to be adjusted manually when a tenant arrives or leaves.

Because everything runs on the same data, you can see per floor and per tenant what is let, what is booked and what that brings in.
