De Weesper is a 10,000 square metre building on the Weesperstraat in Amsterdam, with around a hundred tenants: from small teams to companies that use an entire floor.
The challenge
With this many tenants, visitor registrations, room bookings and access passes quickly end up with the building manager if tenants cannot arrange them themselves. Every registration, key and booking then became one more task.
How Doory is used
All tenants work with the software themselves. They register their guests in advance, so reception is ready when they arrive, and they book the meeting rooms in the building themselves.
Access runs through the mobile app: the tenants’ employees enter the building with their phone, without a pass having to be issued or collected for each person. Contract and access are linked, so anyone who leaves loses access automatically.
For building management, that means fewer one-off requests and one up-to-date picture of who is in the building and what is being used.
