See what is still open

The onboarding hub is a single page that shows what has already been set up in your environment and what hasn't. Buildings, units, floor plans, companies, contracts, invoicing rules, access, email templates: you see the status of each part. The hub doesn't disappear after go-live, because setting things up doesn't stop there.

Going live is rarely a single moment

In practice, a building goes live in pieces. The units are in, half the contracts, the meeting rooms not yet, and the access groups are waiting for the key manager. Without an overview, you get the familiar picture: three people who each think someone else is picking it up, and a tenant who can't open their door on Monday.

What the hub shows

For each topic, the status and the next step. Not a process diagram, but concrete things: nine units without a price, two contracts without an end date, one building without a floor plan, the email templates still in the default house style. You click through to the place where you finish it and come back to the hub.

Because the hub is linked to your real data, the picture is always correct. There is no list that someone has to maintain. Fill in your prices, and the number of open items goes down.

After go-live too

A new floor, a module you switch on later, a second lock supplier, a building you take over: these are all moments when things are open again. At that point the hub is no longer an onboarding checklist but a clean-up list. What has been set up, where is something still missing, and where does this building differ from the others.

Why it helps you go live in two weeks

Because it makes clear what is and isn't needed to get started. You don't have to set up all 15 modules before you can open. You need buildings, units, tenants and contracts. The rest, from events to gym reservations, you switch on when you are ready for it, and the hub keeps track of what still needs doing.

What the hub doesn't do

The hub doesn't make decisions. It doesn't tell you which modules suit your building or how you want to set up credits. That conversation belongs in onboarding with a person, in the 30-minute demo or afterwards. The hub keeps track of what came out of that conversation and what is still outstanding.
