Multiple buildings, one environment
If you manage more than one building, in practice you often manage more than one set of records too. Doory puts all your buildings in one environment, with their own settings, their own rates and their own house style per building. You switch with the building switcher, and what you see always belongs to the building you are in.
Two buildings today usually means everything twice
Adding a second location is rarely a matter of adding a line. There is a second Excel list, a second booking calendar, a second set of contracts and a second billing run. Reception at location A does not know what is happening at location B. And when the owner asks how occupancy looks across the whole, you start adding things up in a third file.
In Doory the building is the boundary, not the records
Every building in Doory has its own units, its own meeting rooms, its own rates and its own modules. Switch on the coworking module in one building and leave it off in the other: the menu only shows what is switched on for each building. The house style is also set per building: its own colours, its own logo and its own brand name in the tenant portal, in the emails and on posters. A tenant at location A sees the brand name of location A, even if you manage both buildings from the same screen.
Data is separated per building. Someone with permissions for one location does not see the contracts, tenants or invoices of another building. That is not a setting you have to lock down yourself, it is the starting point.
What it gives you
One login for all buildings, and a clean view per building. Adding a new location? You set it up as a building, switch on the modules you need there and import the occupancy list. You do not build a second system, you add a building.
Reporting works the same way. You look at occupancy and renewals per building, or you look across your entire portfolio without first merging three files.
Where the product stops
Doory is not accounting software. The invoice lines and the invoicing itself are in Doory, but the bookkeeping stays in your own software, with an integration in between. The price also stays clear per building: €250 per building per month plus €1.50 per member per month, cancel monthly, all modules and integrations included.
