One message to exactly the right group

A lift that is out of service tomorrow, works on the third floor, a change in opening hours. With bulk email in Doory you choose the audience, check a preview and send. Without piecing together an address list from four sources.

The problem with the mailing list

Most operators have a list of tenant contacts, and it is always partly out of date. On top of that, the contact person is not the audience: for works on the third floor you want to reach the people on that floor, not the directors of every company in the building. And the chance that a contact forwards your message to the right colleagues is small.

How you choose the audience

From the data that is already there. All members of a building, one floor, a selection of companies, or a group such as coworking members. Because members are linked to companies and companies to allocations on floors, you don't have to put that group together yourself. If a tenant adds a new employee, that person is included automatically.

Preview and send

You see the message as the recipient gets it, in the branding of the building it concerns. For a building with its own brand name that matters: the tenant sees their own building and not something generic. Once you're happy, you send it. Doory uses each member's communication preference, so anyone who has set up push notifications gets it in the app.

When to use this and when not to

Use it for practical announcements that concern everyone, and for announcing events. Not for something aimed at one tenant, because that belongs in the company file or in a request. And not too often: a building that sends a bulk email every week stops being read after a month, and then you miss the time it really matters.

Where the product stops

This is not a marketing tool. There are no campaigns, A/B tests or newsletter statistics. It is meant to reach the people in your building with something they need to know.
