Selling coworking spaces without stepping in
Selling a day pass or a small membership shouldn't take human effort. In Doory the public coworking checkout runs by itself from start to finish: choosing a building, choosing a space or pass, accepting the terms and paying. Without the operator in between.
Why coworking works differently from office letting
You let a unit a few times a year, a day pass dozens of times a month. At that volume, every manual step is a problem. An enquiry form that lands in someone's mailbox means an interested visitor waits hours or days for an answer. By then they have already walked into another building.
How the flow works
The visitor chooses the building, sees what is available and at what price, chooses a day pass or a membership, sees the applicable terms from the terms library and pays. They then receive a confirmation and, if the building has a lock integration, their access is set up.
Nothing is decided that you haven't set up. Which buildings sell publicly, which products, at what price, and how many spaces are available per day: that is fixed per building.
Why payment comes before access
Because it's the only order that works at this amount. Pay first, then access, and every step logged. If the payment fails, nothing happens and no key is released. That's also the difference from an enquiry form: you have no credit risk on €25 transactions and no chasing.
What you can see
Per day how many passes were sold and how full it is, and over the months how coworking growth is developing. That is the information you need to decide whether to add a floor, or whether Friday is structurally too quiet to stay open.
What you need to be honest about publicly
What is and isn't included with a day pass. Access to which spaces, whether a meeting room is included, whether printing is included. Put that in the checkout and in the terms, because that is exactly what the questions at the front desk are about.
