Figures that come from your daily work
Reporting costs most operators a day a month, and the result is a file that is already out of date on the day it's delivered. Doory's analytics console shows what is happening in your buildings: meeting room usage, office portfolio per month, credit usage and overage, coworking growth and gym occupancy.
Why the monthly report is manual work today
Because the figures come from four sources. Occupancy from Excel, meeting room bookings from a booking tool, invoices from the accounts and day passes from a third place. Someone puts it side by side, adds it up and makes a chart. Every month again, and every month with the chance that something was counted slightly differently from last time.
What's in the console
Meeting room usage. Which rooms are used, on which days and parts of the day, and by which companies. That is the basis for deciding whether to set up a room differently or whether you need a second one.
Office portfolio per month. Let and vacant units, with the trend over the months. Not a snapshot but a line, because the line is what's useful to you.
Credit usage and overage. Per company and across the building, so you see who structurally goes over and how much is being recharged.
Coworking growth. New members, renewals and cancellations per month.
Gym occupancy. Per part of the day, so the pattern of peaks and empty hours is immediately visible.
Why these figures are right
Because they come from the same system as your daily work. The occupancy is the occupancy your invoices are based on, not a separate administration. If an allocation changes, the figure changes with it. There is no moment when someone has to update something to make the report add up.
What it means for an owner or asset manager
An up-to-date view of the portfolio instead of a monthly report that is three weeks old. If you manage several buildings, you look per building or across the whole, without merging files first.
Where the product stops
This isn't a business intelligence tool. You don't build your own dashboards or free-form pivot tables in it. If you want to do further calculations or build your own model, the export is the starting point.
