Your team logs in to Doory with the Microsoft account they already have. No separate password, no extra admin: anyone who belongs to your organisation can get in, and anyone who leaves loses access along with their Microsoft account. The calendar stays in sync. A meeting room booked in Doory appears straight away in the Outlook calendar of the person who booked it and in the calendar of the room itself. Moved or cancelled in one calendar means moved or cancelled in the other. That makes double bookings a thing of the past. Switching it on takes a one-time connection by your administrator.
