Platform Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Platform Terms govern use of the Flexas/Doory platform account, dashboard, mobile app, booking features, tenant access features, communication tools, and related building-operation services.
For a specific booking, membership, lease, service request, or account, the contracting party is the entity identified in the invitation, account communication, checkout page, invoice, building communication, contract, or other written confirmation for the relevant service.
2. Account Use
Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and use the platform only for lawful business, building, tenancy, coworking, booking, or operational purposes.
The platform may restrict or revoke access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse prevention, account lifecycle management, legal compliance, or building operations.
3. Bookings And Services
Bookings, service requests, access requests, and operational actions are subject to availability, building rules, pricing, payment terms, and any separate agreement or confirmation that applies to the relevant service.
The platform may display operational information such as room availability, booking status, access status, invoices, notifications, and support messages. Users should report incorrect information as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Company And Building Administration
Company administrators and building operators are responsible for the users, tenants, guests, settings, files, integrations, and operational data they manage through the platform.
Administrators must only access, upload, export, change, or delete data where they have authority to do so.
5. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the platform, interfere with security controls, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or malicious content, bypass payment or booking controls, or use the service in a way that harms other users, buildings, operators, processors, or infrastructure.
6. Availability And Changes
The platform may be updated, changed, suspended, or limited where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, reliability, legal compliance, product improvement, or provider availability.
7. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy and privacy notices. Accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent or privacy notice acknowledgement where one is required.
8. Priority
If these Platform Terms conflict with a signed contract, building-specific rule, checkout confirmation, invoice term, or other service-specific written agreement, the service-specific agreement applies for that service.
